Ϛ.Olive oil
Cypriot Olive Oil — 500ml
Family-size bottle for the everyday table.
The story
Made slowly, by hand.
The same oil as the keepsake bottle, in a larger 500ml green-glass form for the kitchen. Grassy, peppery, with the round finish that only comes from Cypriot trees pressed within hours of picking.
Poured over village bread with a pinch of salt, drizzled onto a plate of halloumi, or spooned into a bowl of trahanas — this is the oil we grew up on.
Bottled in small batches, so quantities are limited each season.
