Agabi (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is a small British atelier trading as Agabi by Margarita, offering handcrafted Cypriot keepsakes at agabi.co.uk. By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms.

All orders are offers to purchase. An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or personalisation cannot be reasonably fulfilled — and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and, where applicable, include VAT. Bespoke quotations are valid for 14 days. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins on personalised orders.

Because each keepsake is made by hand, small variations in colour, tone and finish are part of the character of the piece. Personalised details (names, dates, ribbon colours) are produced from the written proof approved by you — please check spellings carefully before confirming.

Delivery timescales, packaging and destinations are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient.

As bespoke and personalised commissions are made to order, the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has begun. Ready-made, non-personalised items may be returned unused within 14 days of receipt at your cost. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

All content on this website — photographs, illustrations, wording and designs — belongs to Agabi or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

We only use the information you share with us — name, contact details and order details — to fulfil your enquiry or order. We do not sell your data. To exercise your data rights, please write to us at hello@agabi.co.uk.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
