Ordering

Is there a minimum order?: Yes — twenty pieces per design for pouches and favours, twelve bottles for olive oil. There is no maximum, and you may mix designs across a single order.
How long does an order take?: Every piece is made to order, so please allow four to six weeks from the moment your design is confirmed. A single sample can be posted within five working days.
Can I order a sample first?: Always. Most couples order one sample to see the linen, ribbon and tag in person before committing to a full quantity.
Can you work to a specific colour palette?: Yes. Send a photograph or a swatch and we will match ribbon, tag and trim as closely as natural materials allow.

What can be personalised?: Names, dates, ribbon colour, charm choice, tag style and a short message or monogram. Personalised tags are included on every order at no extra cost.
Can I change the koufeta or filling?: The traditional five sugared almonds are standard, but fillings can be adjusted for allergies or preference — just say so on your enquiry.

How will my order arrive?: In a kraft gift box lined with ivory tissue, finished with sage ribbon (ivory on request), a branded thank-you card and your personalised gift tags — ready to place straight onto your table.
Where do you deliver?: UK tracked delivery takes two to three working days. Europe and worldwide tracked shipping is available and every parcel is insured and signed for.
What if something arrives damaged?: Tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will remake and resend the affected pieces at no cost.

How do I pay?: Send your basket as an enquiry and you will receive an itemised invoice with a secure payment link. Card details are never handled or stored by us.
Can I return an order?: Ready-made pieces may be returned within fourteen days in their original condition. Personalised and bespoke pieces are made only for you and cannot be resold, so they are non-returnable unless faulty.
