The story
Made slowly, by hand.
Pressed each November from our family's Koroneiki and Ladoelia trees in the hills above Polis Chrysochous, this small keepsake bottle carries a taste of Cyprus home with every guest.
Cold-extracted within hours of picking, unfiltered, and bottled in small batches by hand. The label is torn kraft paper, hand-lettered with the pressing date, and tied at the neck with jute twine.
Ideal as a favour on the welcome table — long after the koufeta is eaten, the bottle stays in the kitchen.
