The story
Made slowly, by hand.
Woven from natural burlap and tied with twisted teal cord, each pouch is finished with a small bronze key — the traditional Cypriot symbol of unlocking a long, blessed life.
A hand-cut wooden star tag carries the child's name and christening date, burned into the timber so it lasts long after the koufeta is gone.
Filled with five sugared koufeta and knotted by hand in our workshop — no two bows sit quite the same.
